Signs of Early Hair Loss

Signs of Early Hair Loss

HOW TO IDENTIFY SIGNS OF EARLY HAIR LOSS AND SMALL WISE STEPS TO TAKE!!!

Making mindful and healthy choices ensures a beautiful and wholesome life. First off, adopt a lifestyle that puts you and your health first; resolve to control any harmful guilty pleasures.

Since we are on lifestyle and healthy habits, allow me to give you a glimpse of mine.

I always start my morning by greeting my body organs with a nice tall, hydrating glass of alkaline water. If I am doing a cleanse, it will be distilled water. Drinking water first in the morning is like saying hello to my organs; it wakes them up and energizes my body, and at times, I can feel the coolness as it goes down into my body.

A Dash of quick Hot Tea
Before breakfast, my next morning ritual comprises devouring a warm cup of hot soothing alkaline turmeric tea with lemon and apple cider vinegar.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make it:
▪ Juice of half lemon
▪ ½ tsp. turmeric
▪ One cap full of apple cider vinegar
▪ Two sprinkles of cinnamon powder
▪ A pinch of cayenne
(Stir in sweetener if desired.)

Toss the ingredients in warm water and stir and enjoy this hot tea before breakfast.

On most days, when I have more time, I usually boil up some turmeric bark, store the fresh turmeric water in the fridge and use it whenever I want to add turmeric to my tea for a hot turmeric latte or add to a morning smoothie. But who has all that time every day? So, it’s always a good idea to have fresh ground turmeric handy or in your pantry.

MIND PLAY, MENTAL HEALTH “MINDSET”
On most days, when one is getting ready for work, it is tough to concentrate on anything except getting ready and grabbing a bite or two before leaving the house or getting prepared virtually so as not to get drastically late for work, right? And I’m no exception, as I have to push myself and talk myself into putting my health and vitality first.

Your mind keeps telling you lies, “you can miss today; it won’t hurt,” then days turn into weeks and months. OR it may say, “do first things first,” and maybe, eventually, you forget about that healthy hot cup of tea or a healthy breakfast. But I combat such weak moments through self-talk, where I hold conversations with myself and remind myself to focus on my body’s health, youth, and vitality. I imagine the wonderful feeling filling my body after I undertake my healthy habits, like my morning ritual, which works like a charm.

This healthy imagination has become just another morning regimen I have to perform to start my day on a fit note. Sure, it took a lot of practice and getting used to, not to forget the horrid laziness. Still, my body began cherishing this simple act so much that I could see the difference when not applying it and the benefits when I did; I dared not stop.

‘Today, it has been over ten years since I began my morning ritual. Over the years, I and my body have grown extremely fond of it. Of course, there were days when I didn’t have a single second to spare, but even on such days, instead of entirely giving up, I settled for comprising on a tiny lemon in hot water.’

LEARNING HEALTHY HABITS
When I didn’t understand the importance of the morning routine, I had a habit of drinking a coffee the first thing in the morning, which was pretty much my routine, and no breakfast. I remember stopping at Starbucks each morning; everyone at Starbucks knew my drink; it was ready at the counter. Look, I will be honest. Coffee is my guilty pleasure. I love the smell of its aroma; it makes me feel happy.

While attending Integrated Nutrition School, I learned many different morning routines. I realized that drinking caffeine early in the morning with no food on my stomach does not help my blood sugar level; I needed to add more alkaline to set off my morning, and coffee consists of more acid. Therefore, adding my hot turmeric tea brought several positive changes to my body.

WILLINGNESS CENTERS HOPPING

I Love LA. There are so many Holistic Wellness Centers. When I started adventuring into wholesome living years ago, I visited a wellness center that helped people with cancer. I had a friend that had cancer, and she had gone here for help. While seeing her, I decided to get a live blood analysis done. Dr. Swallen, the chemist at the time, had dedicated most of his life to researching health chemistry. I remember him educating me that the blood sugar spike is something very subtle you cannot feel when it’s happening.

He said that even though you don’t realize when your blood sugar level is on the rise, it can cause your body to feel tired, yarning like around midday time during the day. And with time, the daily increasing blood sugar levels can lead to a severe chronic ailment or imbalance within the body. Also, Abnormal blood sugar levels can lead to cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, diabetes type 1 & type 2, and several other chronic diseases. He said that many people could not feel their body signaling because of their busy life. God help us.

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT

I will be honest; sometimes, I want to not think about what I eat and indulge in, which I am guilty of doing. However, I always try to keep a conscious mindset of the prolonged effects. After getting knowledge, it’s hard not to think of not doing right to myself.

With knowledge, we have to hold ourselves accountable by keeping focus and remembering that we are indeed what we eat as human beings. The nutrients we provide our body determine the health and vitality of our organs and our skin, in my experience. The morning rituals play a crucial role in determining your overall health because they are your first nutrient intake of the day, and it is this intake that helps our energy levels for the day.

SIGNS OF HAIR LOSS
As a healthy lifestyle coach and after years of educating my client about the benefit of healthy Hair, I often lookout for signs that can lead to alopecia, clients who complain about excessive dandruff and dry, moist, and sticky scalps. Also, the problem of having clumps of Hair on the pillow, shedding Hair while shampooing and are not in the Hair shedding cycle period, small bald patches in the Hair, and few breakages. These are all signals the Hair is giving you, letting you know it’s time to go inside and start making steps to care for your inner health.

It also indicates that the body needs a simple cleansing /detox session and nurturing or adhering to genetics and early aging from the diet. You see, this early morning alkaline drink that is also detoxing can work wonders for the health of your scalp, and that’s why I keep advising my clients along with managing stress, drinking more water, and regular exercise. Also, Add-in more nutrition-dense food and cut back on the things that strip your minerals from the body.

A healthy lifestyle is you doing your part to fight back and build up your immunity. These are great ways to keep your body environment healthy to be prepared and help fight foreign invaders that can cause havoc in your body and be ready to help take on any challenges that can offer a dramatic change for the scalp.

‘A hot cup of turmeric and lemon tea in the morning are small steps each day that provides a light cleanse that may be all for your body.’

HAIR LOSS AND STRESS
Another step is managing stress; it can lead to clients experiencing thinning Hair when emotionally distressed if they do not get their anxiety under control. It’s essential to try and uplift your mood because when we don’t, we may trigger scalp issues or irritation, leading to other health conditions. At this point, your doctor may provide cream or medication to relieve side effects; however, there is no guarantee this treatment will help. So far, there is no definite diagnosis that stress is related to hair loss and no guarantee that the Hair will grow back. It will all depend on the type of alopecia.

HAIR LOSS AND SELF IMAGE
Hair loss can also cause a psychological impact when you’re having relationship issues. Socially or personal relationship with self. The self-image puts pressure on our self-confidence and self-esteem. The good news is that losing Hair from stress is not permanent; however, maintaining a good foundation for your body environment through Lifestyle changes and pinpointing the stressors in your life will help the Hair to grow back.
